What can you expect?

Pre-consultation

An in-depth consultation form is sent out prior to your first consultation for completion.  This enables the consultation to be truly holistic as all aspects of you and your life are considered.  At your consultation we will discuss your requirements and goals for the session whether it be massage or energy healing. 

Massage

You will be left in privacy to undress and lie face down on a massage table.  (The table has a face cradle so easily accomodates taller clents).  The massage offered is a full body where typically the massage starts with the lower, then upper back and neck, finishing with the legs.  You will then turn over so the massage can be completed.  While primarily swedish massage techniques are used, articulation techniques, reiki and other energy work may also be used.  A personalised blend of essential oils is used in the massage oil to promote healing and relaxation at a deep subconscious level.
Upon completion, you will again be left in privacy to dress. 
Self-care tips such as stretches, stress management tools or other insights observed may be given.  If appropriate a Soul Heart Essence (consisting of crystal and/or flower essences) may be also be recommended.
The massage is best described as a firm relaxation massage and normally takes 1.5hrs.  Remedial massage consultations normally take 1hr and usually focus on a particular area eg back, neck and shoulders.

Upon Completion

Most people experience a deep level of peace, improved body connection, increased ease of movement and a lightness of being.

Energy Healing

Typically you lie fully clothed on a massage table on your back with eyes closed.  Initially you will be guided through some stress release techniques such as breathing to relax and centre you.  Muscle testing is then employed to determine what and how the healing is to occur.  (The advantage of muscle testing is that it allows the wisdom of the body to direct the healing without our intellectual filters in action.  It also ensures that the practitioners influence is minimised.  Muscle testing is a well respected method of energy analysis which is used extensively in Applied Kinesiology, Neurolink, Aquarian Healing and Touch for Health). 
The healing works at the subtle energy levels of the body to balance the body's energy system through energetic healing, affirmations, visualisation, crystal healing and spiritual counselling as appropriate.

Upon Completion

Most people experience a deep level of peace and calm, gain clarity and go away with practical tools to assist them to achieve more joy and balance in their lives.  If appropriate a Soul Heart Essence (consisting of crystal and/or flower essences) may be also be recommended.
